{UAH} Estrada shocked over Manila’s P4.3B cash deficit: I left P10.3B excess funds
Joseph Erap Estrada, former Philippines President and the first to be impeached in 2001 for corruption, perjury and drunkenness. He bounced back to contest for public office, getting elected as Mayor of Manila City for two terme which ended two weeks ago. But as is to be expected, his successor is now claiming Estrada left a completely empty treasury for a huge city like Manila, with a population of 12 million people. Estrada simply emptied the city coffers and left.
