{UAH} Germany says it has lost track of 160 ISIS Terrorists who pose a threat to public safety

Sweden says it lost 140 returning musliim terrorists. Canada admitted it has lost 70. Now Germany says it has lost 160.  What the hell is going on? Why is it that it is only the UK that never looses any terrorists?
