See here how deep into the sewer education has fallen under Kayibanda. The pot-bellied former cattle herdsman is uneducated and does not value education.. I feel sick in the guts reading this shocking state of affairs. Over 1,234 Students will be graduating at Uganda Christian University (UCU) this Friday including Akello Acii Fiona braved the law school for 4 solid years.

Her seat is "booked" with her name tag this evening ahead of tomorrow's event. Unfortunately, she won't physically attend& someone will pick her transcript as She won't make it here. She is deceased 😓
