{UAH} Immigration to Australia.

Wbk,

There is a regular TV  programme here on people trying to enter Australia illegally, many under tourist guise or to join partners, but in really to work. But it so amazing that hundreds are caught with incriminating evidence in their phones, notebooks, letters, etc. For eg some just leave messages arranging work in their phones. Others come with their whole diary giving vital details that enable immigration to work out what their plans are. Some give details of fictitious hotels as the place they have booked for their stay. A good number even don't know any basic details of Australia that a real tourist would be expected to know, for eg popular tourist sites, names of cities, travel itinerary etc. They just say they are going to Melbourne without indicating how they will connect there. Genuine tourists would usually carry a tourist guide, but these travellers don't have any guide at all of a country they are visiting for the first time.

Why are people so stupid sometimes?

Bobby.
