 THE DILEMMA POSED BY THE RULE OF LAW:The UK Supreme Court Begins Hearing An Application By Mothers Of Muslim Terrorists Who Have Been Stripped Of UK Citizenship And Are Waiting For Deportation To The USA To Stand Trial  For The Beheading Of American Citizens.. Known As The Beatles Gang, These UK Born Isis Killers Are Believed To Be Some Of The Most Evil Human Beings Who Lived. No One Knows How Many People They beheaded, But It Is Believed To Run Into Hundreds, May be Up to 200 Victims. Many Of The Beheadings Were Videoed And Posted On Social Media To Use As Propaganda. . They Were Captured By Kurdisn Forces And Are Now IN Captivity..The Kurds Don't Want To Keep Them Any Longer. The Legal Issue Before The Supreme Court Is Whether The Then UK Home Secretary, Sayid Javid,, Himself A Muslim, Was Right To Annul Their Citizenships, And Secondly Whether It Is Lawful For A UK Or Former UK Citizen To Be Deported To A Foreign Jurisdiction, If There Is Sufficient Evidence To Try Them In A UK Court. The UK Courts Now Have Universality Of Jurisdiction, And Can Try A Crime Committed By A UK Citizen Anywhere In The world, The Mother's Are Arguing That Their Sons Should Be Tried In A UK Court Because Of Its Reputation For Fairness, And Adherence To The Rule Of Law; And Secondly Because The UK Does Not Apply The Death  Penalty, Which Is Likely To Be The Outcome Of Any Trial Held In The USA. 95% Of UK Citizens Contacted In A Survey Do Not Want These Killers To Step Foot On UK Soil Again.
