{UAH} Karikwani body mutulated

Karikwani's head, penis and testicles were cut off. I have no further
details if the penis and testicles were found. It might be interpreted
as a ritual murder or as a diversion but could also be malicious
murder scheme where a family member was involved i.e. marital
/financial connection.

The nature of the act calls for cold blooded executioner

He was buried yesterday in Busoga.
