{UAH} Kenyans shower Judge Mumbi Ngugi with Praises After Landmark Ruling

Kenya's judiciary is slowly beginning to play its proper constitutional role. Government officials facing serious charges of criminal behaviour must never be allowed to stay in office while investigations and trials are in place. In Kayibanda Museveni' feral mis-rule, even people accused of murder like Nantaba, or of swindling millions of UN fefugee funds like Ruhakana Rugundu, continue to hold office.

A High Court Judge Justice Mumbi Ngugi has received tremendous praises following her landmark ruling on the fate of corrupt county Governors.
In her ruling, Mumbi dealt a staggering blow to all governors facing graft charges saying that all those county bosses charged with corruption should stay away from the office and their roles completely taken over by their deputies for the duration of the trial.
