{UAH} Kyambogo University has denied

It is chilling murder a person that Killed Mugarura meted on him.
His left arm was cut off he died in terrible pain!

And a one Fustian Niyonzima has also been found murdered in cold blood
in Kisoro, the body found dumped by the road side.

The country has run horribly crazy.

Let me hope Museveni and his security agencies are not misreading the
psychological inflection as rebels that maybe will require a quick and
assertive militaristic handling on the perpetrates.
