Look at this report from Kigezi News. If this askari guard gets a good lawyer, he is going to get an acquittal in this case if he is charged with either murder or manslaugter. Mr Mugisha has very little sympathy on social media. It seems he behaved as an arrogant, rich man who believed he could run roughshod over everyone and had no time whatsoever for a poor askari guard. He treated the guard with complete contempt, almost as if he was a servant or slave, and not somebody doing an important job, maintaining security and order at the supermarket. and keeping him safe.

Shot dead in Kampala for scratching car with a troy(used in supermarkets? and refusing to stop, life is no longer precious.

"Correction",,, after letting go of a trolley that hit another persons car and the askari politely asked him to stop and wait for the owner for compensation but the late instead entered his car and he figured crashing the askaris leg (who was trying to block him /stopping him was a good idea)other askari on watch shot him .

BREAKING NEWS: Aine Arnold Mugisha, one of the owners of Hickory Bar and Restaurant in Kololo, shot dead by a security guard at Quality Supermarket, Naalya after he reportedly hit another car and refused to stop. The guard was saved from a mob and is at Kira Road Police Station.
