The Mukura Massacre was one of the worst crimes committed by the Rwandan-NRA Terrorist Militia when they occupied Teso and implemented a heartless campaign of unimaginable horror, and brutality. They incinerated living human beings in burning infernos they set in train wagons in a savage crime that eclipses even biblical proportions.
The following criminals are responsible for the Mukura Massacre
1. Kayibanda Museveni.
2. Salim Ahmed Saleh
3. Mugisha Muntu
4.Tinyefunza.
5. Amama Mbabazi
6. Amanya Mushega
None of them has been punished for this monstrous crime.
The above criminals must stand notice that Teso and the whole of Uganda have not forgotten this vicious crime you committed against totally innocent people. You must not therefore live under any illusion that because you incinerated the victims, you therefore made your crimes disappear with them.
You will all have to climb to the bar of justice and account for your crimes. We are never going to rest, not for a second, until all of you surrender or are captured and punished. The age of impunity has gone, and no one can escape the consequences of their actions, especially when they involve genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Mukura Victims killed on such day
On this day in 1989, the NRA soldiers (now renamed the UPDF) rounded up and incinerated 69 living local habitants of Mukura, Eastern Uganda in a train wagon at Okungulo Railway Station. To this day, on the 30th anniversary, their families are still yearning for justice. We will never tire from demanding for accountability.
