People against state institutions - on which side is Museveni?

Now that it's not chicken thieves after 33 years at the receiving end
of state institution oppression, and the very foundation of people's
(Ugandan's) despair and tormentor is being shaken to the foundation –
the police and judiciary – government has set the bar higher.

The peasant is in a celebratory mode – anti-graft unit and company is
set to be overwhelmed with generosity.

In this country's prison history, in the next coming years will see
more University Degree holders making a good number of interns - the
recent Bukedde Judiciary Corruption expose abound!

Hail investigative journalism that is gain in momentum - once again a
pseudo political ideology has collapsed!
