Why do Kayibanda and his Rwandan contingent hate Ugandans so much? It seems the only good Ugandan to them is a  dead one? I still can't get my head around  what harm Uganda inflicted on Rwanda that makes generation upon generation of Rwandans want to revenge on innocent Ugandans. Can't we simply negotiate and agree reparations and  then go our separate ways?.
