What does it mean to be connected and being filthy rich?
two things come to mind
a. You have to defend the riches from the poor
b. Set up gangs to terrorise those in intruder and competitors
including the state.
this is going to be bloody reading from the super structure of the law
and order structures given that Nakalema is now full speed!
