{UAH} RWANDAN FART KAYIBANDA MUSEVENI IN CLOUD CUCKOO LAND.

Kayibanda is in cloud cuckoo land- probably muttering to himself in between loud farts, "Where am I?". To think that this is a president just beggars belief.
