This is really disturbing.
In my entire sociological life - and held a views about macabre acts
linked to or had something to do with drugs no longer stands!
What is happening in Uganda offers new insights - into the social
psychology of criminals.
All that we have known from the USA and Europe is now out of the way.

There is a one Yalabosaga Catherine either in Kigezi or Ankole who was
murdered in a similar way as Jalia in Mubende just a day ago.
