{UAH} UK MPs come to the rescue of Africans and lament the ‘arduous, time-consuming and expensive’ visa process

Getting A UK Visa Is Now Like Climbing To The Top Of  Mount Canaan- Almost Impossible. African Applicants Are Partly To Blame Because Of Abuse Of The Visa System. Nearly 98% Of Ugandans Who Got Visiting Or Study Visas Did Not Return Home, Choosing To Apply For Political Asylum Instead Or Disappearing Altogether, To Become Illegal Immigrants. The Many Ugandans Who Need Visas For Study, Marriage,Or Family Reunion Visits Are Greatly Inconvenienced As Often Their Reasons For Applying For A Visa Are Doubted.. Given That There Are Nearly 250,000 Ugandans Living In The UK As Citizens  Or  Refugees, The Visa System Must Be Improved To Enable These Diasporans In The UK To Maintain Contact With Their Folks And Family At Home.
