Why has Ugandan failed to develop the likes of Mulwana YET there has
been wide spread corruption to put free money into the hands of party,
and government officials?
What is the fate of huge Nakaseke farms that are maintained on stolen
funds some of which have actually collapsed?
What can government do to compel higher earns to become committed
capitalists and industrialists
