DIRECTOR OF LOGISTICS AND ENGINEERING, UGANDA POLICE FORCE, WHOSE
CONTRACT EXPIRED, AND THE PRESIDENT DIRECTED THAT ALL THE OUTGOING
DIRECTORS IN UGANDA POLICE FORCE, THEIR CONTRACTS BE NOT RENEWED, AND
EVEN THE IGP REMINDED HIM TO LEAVE, OFFICE, HAS REMAINED IN UNDER A
PRETEXT OF ORDER FROM ABOVE? ARE THERE SUPER AND REGULAR PUBLIC
OFFICERS, OR RIGHT AND WRONG CIVIL SERVANTS?
