{UAH} Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe, 73, 'has just weeks to live'

God is surely very unfair. Why is he recalling Peter Sutcliffe and leaving Rwandan body snatcher Kayibanda Museveni to continue to run amok, killing ugandans? The Yorkshire Ripper, considered one of the most evil men who lived,  sowed terror in the villages of Yorkshire, killing mainly prostitutes. But kayibanda has been sowing terror in the whole of the Great Lakes region, killing all and sundry, the great and the good, the rich and the poor, prostitutes and bankers, , the marginalised and the oppressed. The Ripper is in jail and I see no reason why God should prioritise him for an early recall at only 71 years, while 89 year old Kayibanda is allowed to continue with his murderous activities. Surely Uganda is a country god forgot.
