I am reading in the gossip columns that your boy, the kayibanda Rubatisirwa billionaire Brian WHITE  has been captured in the DRC for smuggling and narcotics offences. Why didn't you train him properly before despatcing him on such a dangerous mission? One of you hardened operatives should have accompanied him to show him the ropes.

I'm afraid you are now making so many blunders one begins to wonder if the end is nigh.
