{UAH} Educating The African Child Is Harder Than Castrating A Tiger.

I think I would go for castrating the tiger rather than educating the Ugandan child if there was a prize to be won. At least with the tiger, I have a fighting chance. With the Ugandan child, there is absolutely no hope. You are doomed from the start.
