{UAH} HON. EVELYN ANITE NEEDS TO ANSWER THIS QUESTIONS IMPLICATING HER IN THE $ 8 MILLION UTL BRIBE ALLEGATIONS

UTL is not going anywhere unless NRM and its head are away. In so many
years of writing about UTL I now understand everyone in government
understand the importance of UTL.

Anite is just another correlate damage in this long UTL journey to
remain a Uganda official communication utility.
