Yes it is!
But a miracle is happening - that is fighting corruption above and
below the administrative and political hierarchies. Many could
foolishly not believe that it would happen!
I do not know - but for Now Museveni needs time to clean his NRM
generated mess from our society. Estimates put stolen funds year on
year to US 500 million dollars
It s brutal and I doubt newcomers to violence can manage otherwise we
are headed to Latin America.
