I understand Kayibanda Rutatabisirwa's mistress Nantaba has fled Luwero and is in your neck of the woods seeking political asylum. She claims the man she used to give bonk to, Rutatabisirwa, is a Mafia Godfather and has set his thugs on her.

Strange for Canada to accept asylum applications from people who are sitting cabinet ministers, moreover one accused of a brutal murder of a constituent. 

On the positive side, Irundrua has one may opportunity for cheap bonk from a fellow Luweronian.
