Femme fatale is a dangerous woman,who is usually sent to set up men. Such a set up often leads to the death of the men, or leave them perilously weakened.

This seems to be the case here. 

As then-Kenya's embattled Devolution Minister, Anne Waiguru was facing an impeachment proceeding in Parliament, the ever-wily Deputy President, William Ruto sent his sexy Chief of Staff to the lead sponsor of the impeachment bill.

And, boy oh boy, did Ruto's plan work! 

As the Bill came up for a voice call in the August, its sponsor and the DP's aide were "having a good time" at a lodge, some 100 miles away!  And as is often the case with femme fatales, that steamy tryst was the beginning of the Senator's headache.
