{UAH} Robert another quick question

Were the reasons given to launch an NRA disastrous war in 1981 ie elections were rigged, valid?

As far as I knew if I recall correctly DP did not yet it had almost made it. UPC barely scrapped thru using the same methods NRM has perfected .

The other only party was UPM that just managed one seat because the DP guy in Kasese got killed , the pissed wanainchi just gave UPM a protest vote.
