{UAH} Rwomushana stings People Power again over discipline in the struggle to defeat Mr Museveni

Former Pader Resident District Commissioner (RDC) turned against NRM regime Charles Rwomushana has questioned People Power Movement again. Whisper Eye reports
Rwomushana argues that president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni uses propaganda to cement moral base. This has helped him to defeat his rivals and competitors.
Including the Lord Resistance Army (LRA) despite its huge military capacity. The Uganda Freedom Movement (UFM) of the late Kayiira Andrew Lutakome believed to be the strongest Museveni's challenge in his political life, among others.
"I submit that the reason why Museveni obliterates his foes armed and political is because he aims at eroding his enemies moral ground whilst solidifying his moral base." Rwomushana said.
"In Buganda, Museveni cemented his moral base via propaganda as the anchor of peace. The slogan 'Kasita twebaka ku tulo' isn't from the population. No!" He added.
He explained further that a hungry and deprived peasant can't sing 'at least I sleep….' Song. Arguing that sleeping is a commodity for the satisfied.
However Museveni was successful to achieve this.
Recently Buganda ground is getting littered with dead bodies of civilians abducted and killed. And all these killings are openly attributed to Mr Museveni, but Rwomushana believes museveni can still survive this avalanche.
It is true that there is the Bobi Wine effect (Kyadondo East MP Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu) all over the country.
Uganda's opposition could tap Mr Wine's massive support across the country. However Mr Rwomushana questions their moral integrity on the international scene.
"The international system investigate before taking action." Rwomushana remarked.
"The sources for oppressed must be credible and so is the leadership. It is impossible to move such system when your champions are drug addicts." He added.
Rwomushana has doubts whether People Power leadership can convince the international support to uproot NRM regime which has become very unpopular in the country.
"A gang of 'Enjayi' smokers can never mobilise international energy to uproot an entrenched occupation." Rwomushana remarked.
