Please spare the people of WEST NILE. Dont send in Butcher Elwelu , I beg you. We  dont need a repeat of the Kaese Massacre. Mind you I am stlil not happy about the murder of Francis Ayume by your benefactor Kayibanda Rubatasirwa. Ayume was  my boss at the Ministry of Justice, and treated me with courtesy and respect. There was no reason for Kayiubanda Rutabasirwa to murder him, just as there is no reason for him to murder any other single soul in West Nile. Abiriga is enough. Please stop it.
