One calls the other a mafia enforcer, out to get her, and he replies that she is a nutter who belongs to a psychiatric facility rather than a Cabinet room. in no other country in the world would these vicious thugs be in any cabinet. but Uganda under kayibanda Rutabasirwa Museveni's corrupt and feral misrule is not any other country.
