{UAH} Fwd: National Telecom

One day my son told me he could watch all satellite channels - I did
not believe him. He went on to show me a module (circuit) he had
designed with which he could upload codes he fetched from the internet
affixed the module on the back of a video player and that was all!

He even watched everything using his desktop.

If a small boy then could do that - then he could as well tap GSM
telephone mobile communication!

The British had set up a network of UPTC base switch stations all over
the country. Where there was a post office there was an analogue
telephone switch.

Note too, unlike electricity every health care facility up to 1986 had
a fixed telephone line and an address box.

These switchies today are very easy to upgrade.

A country like Sweden which is juxtaposition-ed between archer rival
Europe and Russia has disintergrated all its data network and all
utilities.

If there was massive booming one will be surprised to find that the
country still functions and communicating since this network is
underground and does not depend in satellite or mast network.

For example, every Municipalities has its own data handling storage
facilities a system they built before the internet emerged. This data
every single day is backed up at super storage facilities in Canada.

Sometime back they started upgrading this system removing analogue and
digitizing the switching system.

What happens in our city - the technical person procured the best
switch on the market only to discover a small box a size of reading
desk cabins, could handle as many as 10000 fixed telephone lines.

The Municipality then offered municipal dwellers a fixed telephone
coverage within the commune at a flat fee of Swedish crown 1000 per
year (UG 36000 shilling per year). In another commune Linköping they
could also host your website and data which to businesses was a
welcome alternative!
