{UAH} Will Museveni Defeat Corruption

The amount of force Museveni is deploying to defeat corruption is
amazing. Dividends are starting to show.

But I am not sure if Museveni and his NRM understand how to use and
invest profitably the proceeds in terms of funds that has to go to
real nation development and people's positive attitude toward hard
work instead of stealing.

What are your views?
