{UAH} The confusion in that place🤔

This is Old Kampala! Single lane is for who? this place confuses me n a bodas take shortcuts n use wrong sides,I was almost knocked. With the amount of Jam in that area, narrowing down the roads and reducing lanes was the worst I expected from KCCA! If it's money they wanted to steal, they should've done other roads that so badly need a facelift like the one from Kabuusu through Wankulukuku to Star and Nyanama to freedom city.
