{UAH} Does NRM get it - OWC is doomed?
I brought that Germany Professor of agriculture to Uganda.
Now, all over Uganda, there are Ugandan Asians, even Chinese and
Europeans who need money and they want business.
If today Emelia Kyambadde and her Trade ministry, went to Germany and
asked only to meet with Germany Farmers /or agricultural researchers,
who want to get involved in Uganda farming she we will comeback with a
plane full of them.
I know this as a fact.
Fund them and make sure that they first setup modern produce stores on
a county level, fund them then to buy off; Produce, Transport it,
Process it, Market it, Distribute it, from Uganda ramshackle
villages.
Indians can export anything anywhere in the world with ease unlike
native Ugandans.
This is a very simple fact small eared NRMs have to grasp.
That implies there will be sustained income on a seasonal basis. And
indeed if Uganda farmers are guaranteed a sustainable income many
Ugandans will certainly go where the money is.
Without this production-demand-supply chain agriculture as well
operation wealth creation is doomed.
