{UAH} Does NRM get it - OWC is doomed?

Those pictures are from Bukalasa Agriculture College. The college
trains agricultural mechanical engineers, crop and animal
agriculturists etc. Was once of the best in 60's and 70's.

When I went to this place not so long ago- I was informed despite
government laxity, Ugandans either destroyed or stole the machines.

Well, this is the picture virtually everywhere North, East, West and South.
