{UAH} Former UPC president Mr Joseph Bossa is dead.

Former UPC president Mr Joseph Bossa is dead.
He passed away at the Haque in the Netherlands in the hands of the wife who is a judge at the International Criminal Court.
Bossa succeeded Ambassador Olara Otunnu in May 2016 after a protracted legal and palace battle over leadership and Uganda with Lira Municipality MP and son to former two-time president Dr Appolo Milton Obote Hon James Akena.
Akena in collusion with the State eventually emerged victorious as the police secured the headquarters of UPC for him albeit leaving Uganda's second oldest party divided to date.
Burial and funeral arrangements are still in the offing!
