Museveni's agriculture doctrine is in coma – processing good but not
good enough at UGx 1000 spending per day.

Minister of Trade Amelia Kyambadde has come up with two strategies buy
Uganda build Uganda where super market must have a minimum of 40%
Uganda products.

The question is how many Ugandans do exactly buy their foodstuffs for
example from super markets/grocery stores? That is exactly the problem
running down Real Estates Industry. Everyone is in home construction.

I have suggested urbanisation – it appears no one understand or grasps
the philosophy.
