{UAH} I don’t eat bread or rice, they are not African foods – Museveni

I Doubt The World Has Seen A Buffoon To Rival Pot-Bellied Rwandan Thug Yoseri Kayibanda Rubatasirwa AKA Museveni. In Raw Idiocy. The Verbal Diarrhea He Emits On A Daily Basis Is No Longer Funny. If It Is A Career Move For Him, Someone Tell Rubatasirwa That It Is Too Late To Change Career From A Killer To That Of A Stand-Up Comedian. Far Too Late.

I don't eat bread or rice, they are not African foods – Museveni

President Museveni has said he neither eats bread nor rice and that is the reason he is fit as a teenager yet he clocked 75 years already.

Museveni made the statements during the Pastors and Evangelists conference at Lugogo Cricket Oval on Monday.

I never encourage rice so much, I don't eat rice or bread. I am not a European so I don't eat bread and I am not Asian so I don't eat rice. I am now 75 years but if you want running here you will how I beat you," Museveni said.

The President advised that African foods are the best in this case, also advising farmers to concentrate on such foods.

"So I at Cassava, some bananas, and millet, those are my foods. Bread is not good because it causes constipation and has gluten which is not god for the body. But Because Africans want to copy, they just jump onto everything," he added, before taking the religious men and women through his four-acre model farming system.

During the National second Physical Activity day at Kololo airstrip in July this year, President Museveni said he would launch a healthy eating and lifestyle initiative to educate Ugandans on how to leave healthily

Museveni said that if the country strives to create behavior change among the people, they will be able to prevent some diseases which have killed many.

The President also advised Ugandans o avoid excess eating so they do not get abnormally fat.

Meanwhile, at the Pastors and Evangelists conference, Museveni also warned Born-Again church leaders against abusing traditionalists, urging them to only explain to them the gospel of God but not attacking them

"Don't condemn anyone but show them good deeds. You need to engage the traditional people but don't fight them," Museveni said.

He cited an example of the 1986 bush war in which traditionalists told the National Resistance Army that if they carried reeds to the frontline, bullets would not hit them.

He noted that he never abused them (traditionalists) but just discouraged them and they abandoned the move.

"I talked to them and it didn't take long to show that what I was telling them was right. You must be patient. You need to engage traditional people as I did. I didn't fight with them but introduced science. I have been dealing with this issue of traditionalists ever since the days of the bush. Don't become the ones who know everything but talk to them," he said.
