Who Holds Most Of The Responsibility For The Xenophobic Terror Going On In South Africa? Is It Not Corrupt, Clueless, Uneducated And Brutal Tyrants Like Yoseri Rutabasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni ? Thugs like Rutabasirwa have ruined the economies of Africa and forced once viable countries to become failed states, in turn forcing hundreds of thousands of citizens to seek work and survival abroad.

Ugandan citizens are murdered in the Muslim Countries on a daily basis in a crucible of evil where Rutabasirwa exports them to be captives of the modern day slave trade. This year alone at least 7 Ugandan citizens have been murdered in Sooth Africa.

There is no doubt in my mind that it is Yoseri Kayibanda Rutabasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni who is responsible for their deaths, torture and brutal mistreatment of Ugandans in South Africa and in the Muslim countries. The blood-soaked Rwandan pillock has ruined our country and is forcing thousands of unemployed young people to become cannon fodder abroad..
