{UAH} Investing in Urban Infrastructure
Fascinatingly Interesting
One more question , had the imperial colonialist not built these urban
enclaves how do you think Africa would have emerged today?

A common saying that: - "removing a person from a village"; but
"without removing a village from a person" - is a focal point in all
emerging African urban communities.
Our challenge is not necessarily financial. There is plenty of this
from within ourselves and from world development partners including
GRANTS! A challenge is mismanagement and misappropriation of funds.
Our challenge is not a lack of resources. We have quite a good
percentage of basic world resources to embark on a "Kangaroo" urban
infrastructure development program. Our challenge is a lack of forward
links to harness these resources.
Our challenge is not a lack of information. Our challenge is inability
to digest and implement information that is in abundance. You are
aware of this one:- "if you throw a small stone - randomly - in Lagos
city, Nigeria, you are most likely to hit a professor. A professor of
what? This is so in many other African cities.
Our challenge is that a village lifestyle is still stuck in our minds.
Village thinkers are small time thinkers. STEM cannot flourish fast
enough. This is a GENERATION problem.
