According to Rabah Ali Ibrahim Ali al-Badri, the cousin of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the militant group's leader is ill. Al-Badri said that schism was happening within ISIS as a result of Baghdadi's "disappearance" from the public eye.
