{UAH} Its 4 years ago today that Jeremy Corbyn was first elected Labour leader.

JEREMY CORBYN ELECTED LEADER LABOUR PARTY, UK on this day 4 years ago. He promised to return Labour to power, to halt years of conservative neglect and economic vandalism and to build a society that works for the many and not the few. Corbyn also called for all the oppressed peoples of the world to rise like lions against their oppressors, and to join Labour in building a more compassionate and humane world.

"I'm proud I nominated Jeremy to stand for Leader, campaigned across the country for him to become Leader and then stood by him when he was unnecessarily challenged as Leader.

And I'll be even prouder when he becomes PM!"

Thanks for reminding us of the this important anniversary. We have acheived a lot in those four years - and can acheive so much more with a government of the many not the few
