If you want to understand why Africa was so tied into wars during the Obama administration, it is the Democrats tie to the continent. Every corner of the continent that had a war was being fueled directly by Democrats. To understand how Democrats infused money into the wars of our continent, you need to only look very closely at the people that travelled with the president when he went to Africa.
