{UAH} King's College Budo Teacher Defiles, Impregnates Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago's Daughter - The Ugandan

I think Ugandan has completely gone to the dogs.. This sort of  despicable abuse of a child was completely unimaginable when I was a student at King's College Budo. The school was a very safe place for girls, and for all students. The school even protected us at the height of Idi Amin's excesses. But look at what is happening now?  How can a 15 year old be abused by a teacher? In my time, it was impossible for a girl to have sex with a boy, but with a teacher was something completely out of the question. I really despair about our country. Maybe I have to accept Yoseri kayibanda Rutabasrirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni  has completely ruined our country, and the Uganda I have in my mind is just a figment of the imagination.
