{UAH} LUCKY ESCAPE BY MASAKA MOM

Any one remembers the day this pregnant Masaka mom who  narrowly escaped with her life after being shot by Kayibanda Rutabasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni?

 

Rutabasirwa was perched on a sniper's vantage point on a roof   when he shot the mum with pin-point accuracy, making sure he targeted her bulging tummy as she walked down a street in the town. Rutabasirwa shot to kill mom and baby, but fortunately, both survived their ordeal by the quick reaction and kindness of own-lookers. 

 

This is one of the pictures I am presenting as evidence in the case I have filed against Rutabasirwa alleging genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes his brutal outlaw regime has committed and continues to commit against innocent people in Uganda since 1980.

 

Specifically, I am alleging in periods between 2015-2018, Rutabasirwa imposed a cordon sanitaire over Masaka town, imposing a reign of terror, during which  all the citizens became target practice for his murderous armed militia, supported by hired thugs.
