{UAH} Meet the 12-year-old Kerala girl who runs a free library in Kochi

I plan to restore a free library service in the major towns of Uganda.The biggest crime the uneducated Kayibanda Rutabasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni has committed in our country is to destroy our public libraries. A public library used to exist in every town in the country when i was growing up, but like everything else under the corrupt and uncaring regime, they . have all disappeared, sucking a large chunk of the population into ignorance.
