At Nambigirwa bridge four people (I have not been able to record the
names) had been shot and killed this night.
From the past week to today Friday 06 September 2019, almost 20 people
have been murdered including children in a radius of less 150
kilometres from Kampala! Reasons this spate of killings range from
Land wrangles and Witchcraft also linked to land and money.
This is strange and since the killings are random, the government
ought to change strategy
Murders as a solution to personal problems are now epidemic and
something drastic is required to stop it.
