{UAH} Museveni promises oil production in two years

Old Fart Yoseri Kayibanda Rubatasirwa AKA Kaguta Museveni has surely gone bonkers. Firts he promised to deliver Uganda to the Middle Income Economic Status  ( Average GDP Income $16,000 from a current $600 ) by 2020, barely three months away, by modernising agriculture  using his newly discovered revolutionary irrigation technology of bottled water carried at the back of yellow jerrycans. Soon we will be seeing him chasing Satan sailing in the sunset of the Kampala hills, atop a chariot of fire,  and screaming loudly at him: "Look here mate, This Is my land, my  putative Tutsi Empire,  and  the people below are my subjects. I own them. I will detonate my pot-belly and open the gates of hell if you don't co-operate. Go away, and don't come back"

President Museveni told United Nations officials that they had two years to build a road connecting Uganda to Ethiopia, short of which Uganda would fund it using oil money
