MWENYEINCHI MUGISHA WAS SHOT DEAD BY MWANAINCHI ANGORIO
"Mugisha remained in the car when his colleagues went shopping. After shopping, it is alleged that one of the three released a trolley which knocked one of the cars in the parking. A scuffle ensued when Mugisha's colleagues pushed a trolley after shopping and hit a car that had been parked adjacent. The security guard developed an argument with the trio. Then in the process of reversing, the deceased knocked at the foot of one security guard known as Babu Awaze. Angoria and Awaze exchanged bitter words with Mugisha and his two colleagues. Angoria rushed to the sentry box where he picked his SAR gun and shot the deceased in the mouth while he was on his steering wheel in the car."
Police statement on the shooting dead of Mugisha Arnold Ainebyona by a private security guard.
The above unfortunate incident has received mixed reactions with some Ugandans invoking tribal sentiments and they have their valid reasons.
However, what is clear is that there is a brewing anger between the HAVES and HAVE NOTS. Museveni's 33 years of destruction of Uganda has left society divided along social-economic lines. The HAVES are telling the HAVE NOTS to go to hell and the latter are also laying in wait for regime change so that they pounce on the former. This animosity has repeatedly manifested itself in past incidents like the shooting dead of Akena by Kanyamunyu, the drowning of Hon. Kibuule's twins in a swimming pool among others.
Two years ago, this website analysed the situation as below:

OF WANAINCHI AND WENYEINCHI IN UGANDA - MINORITY SUPPRESSES THE MAJORITY
INCHI is a Kiswahili word to mean a country. WANAINCHI means citizens of a particular country. The singular is MWANAINCHI. The word mwanainchi can be used in alternative with the word RAIA to carry the same meaning. However, in Uganda's vague Kiswahili, the word mwanainchi is used to refer to non-combatants or civilians.
Also, the word RAIA has vaguely been used as REYA to mean civilian clothes. It is very common for a Ugandan to make statements like; "The soldiers who were putting on REYA came and arrested Wanainchi". On the other hand, the word WENYEINCHI in the Kiswahili language means those who own the country. Under Museveni's Uganda, in the country there is the MAJORITY HELPLESS WANAINCHI and a SMALL BUT POWERFUL CLIQUE OF WENYEINCHI.
These Wenyeinchi are either citizens or non-citizens.
The major characteristics of Wenyeinchi (owners of the country) are as follows:
1. they are above the law and can commit any offence against citizens and the state but enjoy the protection of the regime.
2. they have unlimited access and enjoyment of the country's resources and treasury.
3. they and their families can afford first class medical attention at prestigious private hospitals in and outside the country at the cost of the taxpayer.
4. their children don't attend low standard public schools but can afford prestigious private schools both inside and outside the country.
5. they and their family members don't go through set down procedures for jobs under public service. Instead they are simply puth on the payroll following 'orders from above'.
6. they have specific government departments and agencies ring-fenced for their exclusive employment. State House, URA, UNRA, SFC, oil industry, KCCA, top army and police command positions, intelligence services and other public bodies that have big budgets.
7. they don't go through competitive bidding to win lucrative government contracts but instead they are simply allotted such contracts.
8. they are armed with personal guns on top of having bodyguards at the expense of the taxpayer.
9. under cover of investments, they enjoy free land, tax havens and in some cases financial bailouts at the expense of the taxpayer.
10. they use their financial muscle and government connections to grab land, violently evict Wanainchi, given government property and land, and construct structures in wetlands.
11. they don't seek to resolve civil and criminal grievances through set down legal structures but use security agencies like CMI and other parallel police structures like VCCU, RRU, Flying Squad, etc.
12. they keep their extra 'bad money' in billions of local currencies and millions of foreign currencies under their beds.
Recently a Mwanainchi, Cpl. Wafula Robert sneaked into his Mwenyeinchi boss, Col. Solomon Amanya's bedroom and plucked off just 40,000 US$ from the big hip under the bed. The Colonel rushed to CMI who swung into action by arresting and torturing Cpl. Wafula into confession.
Col. Amanya told the General Court Martial that he acquired the U.S Dollars from doing business with government using his company, Salamu General Enterprises that supplies general merchandize to the Ministry of Defence and Police. He added that he also participated in AMISOM where he was paid in US Dollars.
Col. Amanya is the army's Inspector General of Military Equipment (IGME) who is charged with the planning for acquisition of all forms of arms, custody, maintenance and disposal of all arms and accessories.
Though structurally falling under the Chief of Logistics and Engineering (CLE), under Museveni the IGME is a special slot ring-fenced for Wenyeinchi only. Some of the few individuals who have been in this office are the likes of Col. Dick Bugingo who has all the characteristics of a Mwenyeinchi.
Therefore, it is this struggle by the majority Wanainchi and the small clique of Wenyeinchi that forms the basis for the ongoing talk of a national dialogue. Unfortunately, those advocating for a national dialogue are simply daydreaming because the Wenyeinchi are armed to the teeth and determined to keep the Wanainchi under their feet.
INFORMATION IS POWER
--------------------------------------------
Unfortunately, the majority oppressed Ugandans assume that every economically well-off citizen has his success linked to the Museveni regime. This is very wrong; dictatorship has no tribe but the ARROGANT OPPRESOR who is armed to the teeth and the HELPLESS OPPRESSED whose only hope lies in divine intervention.
RIP Ainebyona Arnold Mugisha.
