Where musicians earn UGX 10000 to become millionaires

The preferences are odd. Despite stinking poverty Ugandans
occasionally will forego UGX 10000 shs to watch their best artists and
make him or her several million shillings richer.

Which other entertainment business can bring about such enormous
riches Ugandan /African musician are enjoying?
