a.k.a suspect #1510 & foreign minister #Kutesa #1504 haven't come to United Nations General Assembly.

In December #PatrickHo was convicted in #US Federal court of #Bribing them $500K each.

Their attached photos were displayed in court at the trial. They probably fear that there are sealed indictments waiting for them. First Kayihura then.....
